@woodlandcammo27 Your silver collection is perfect. I think the junk silver US coins , 1/2 and 1 ounce rounds & bars will be perfect in a dollar crash. If silver goes up to 250, 500, 1000 an ounce it would be hard to get change back by using a kilo bar to buy a loaf of bread lol.
I have 3 coin shops near me and the gun shows that happen once a month around here have silver dealers. The coin shops here hate me because I will not buy the fiat 80 dollar proof coins they have. Just want the “junk”.
I hear ya on the proof coins .. but as far as proof Eagle coins go , I love them and can’t own enough of them!

Proofs are the best example of these little hand held peices of artwork that we call coins and should be in every collection.
I know they are pricey now, a few years ago you could have had them for a whole lot less. But this why I’m a coin collector .. Not an investor ..
